If you haven't been to Kim's, you are missing out on some of the greatest donuts in the business. I have never been let down. I've been enjoying Kim's donuts for years now and NEVER let down.

Excellent donuts. Perfectly fresh--the raised donuts were so soft! And the apple fritters have a satisfying crunch. Everything tastes wonderful. This will be our go-to donut shop when we pass through Titusville twice a year.

These doughnuts are legit, maybe the best I've ever had. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure about the breakfast burritos and bagels and you aren't going there for the ambiance but those sugar donuts..... my god and the glazed and the chocolate iced it was like a masterclass on classic donuts. Kids killed it would make this a stop on future launch trips for sure.

The wife and I searched for a small donut / breakfast joint and Kim's came up. Our croissant sandwiches were delicious, boston cream donut was soft and perfect, and our pup enjoyed his donut holes. Unfortunately with the state of the economy prices were pretty steep. The people were lovely and seemed like a nice "small town" feel in a bigger area. Highly recommend

When I was growing up in California we had a number of great places to get donuts. No I'm not talking Dunkin or Winchells but a ton of local independently owned donut shops, many operated by Asian families. These were the best, hands down. I have been to Kim's many times and the staff their is very friendly and helpful when making my selection. The donuts are soft, light, and flavorful. I've had many types here but my favorites are Boston cream, buttermilk, and cinnamon rolls. I don't think anyone else has said it, so I will, best donuts in Central Florida!

I've only had pastries here and they were picked up by my hubby so I didn't get the in-house experience, but the eclairs and cinnamon rolls were AMAZING! They are both soft and the glaze has a nice shell. The eclair was fully stuffed with custard. I have been craving KK and there isn't one in the area, but we finally tried Kim's donuts and they are the best in town! I read other reviews of bad service from this place, but from what my hubby said is there are "a lot of little Cambodians running around making donuts". I'm not sure if he was impressed or just surprised, but it's nice to know I have some fellow Asians representing.
